Getting fitter, being stronger and improving your physique requires ‘realistic and sustainable’ lifestyle changes. The same goes for losing weight and keeping it off.
Our 4 and 12 Week Weight Loss & Fitness Programmes aim to give you knowledge, skills and support to help you make and maintain sustainable long term lifestyle changes to achieve your goals, as well as dealing with setbacks and overcome barriers.
How the programmes work
The programmes work to help you achieve your goals by focusing by primarily focusing on the following five key areas:
- Giving you more knowledge of fitness, nutrition & weight loss
- Helping you to lose body fat and change your body shape
- Providing you with support and guidance to be able to achieve your goals
- Delivering exercise sessions to help you get fitter & stronger
- Helping you maintain a healthy body weight
What you get in a typical session
The programmes incorporate the following components within each weekly session:
- A behavioural change element designed to help men make long term lifestyle changes to help them be fitter, lose weight and have a better physique.
- An exercise class designed to improve health related fitness components such as muscular strength, cardiovascular fitness, flexibility and muscular endurance.
- A themed information component on relevant health topics around exercise, nutrition, mindset and how to lose weight and maintain a healthy body weight.
What topics are covered in the informational part of a weekly session?
The programmes cover key topics in much more detail including things such as:
- Looking at how sleep, alcohol, stress and anxiety can impact your weight
- Identifying specific goals around your weight, body shape, diet and fitness
- Food and meal planning, hydration, macronutrients, meals and portion sizes
- Identifying and working with your body type to help get maximum results
- Making sustainable lifestyle changes and creating new habits
- Fitness and exercise, the 80/20 rule and best exercises for weight loss
