If you’re looking to do more than one session of PT, our ‘PT-Four’ (package 4) gives you 4 PT sessions for £130 (saving you £10 when compared to 4 single PT sessions).
You can save an extra £10 if you are on our 12 week Gold Weight Loss & Fitness Programme as PT-Four is only £120 for four sessions.
What happens during the personal training session?
You meet with us, let us know your goals, aims and any questions you may have.
We then do a health check and an assessment to give you a starting point to measure any changes you make. We’ll then look at areas where you can improve your knowledge and skills around exercise and nutrition.
Each session is geared around you and your needs and will focus on the main issues, aims and goals that you want to address.
