It can help you to remain focused, have accountability while maintaining or improving your weight loss and fitness goals.
The Monthly Maintenance Programme also includes exercise classes, contact support and reduced costs for personal training.

It’s exactly what it says it is. A monthly support package designed to help you maintain or improve your weight loss and fitness goals and objectives while improving your body shape.
If the weight is creeping back on, or you’re slipping back into old habits then this package can help you get back on track.
They can also help you to embed any long term lifestyle changes you’ve made to help keep weight off.

How long do you have to sign up for?
Everyone’s needs are different. So we’ve made the Monthly Maintenance Programme as flexible as possible. All we ask is that you sign up for a minimum of one month.
For some people, this may be all they need to get back on track. Others may need longer, especially if they struggled to keep weight off before, or they’ve made significant changes to their lifestyles.
