Is there a cost for the seminars?

While there is a small cost for our specialist nutrition and exercise workshops, our generic weight loss seminars are free for people to attend.

Where are the seminars held? 

Usually at community venues or places that are convenient for people to get to. 

How long do the seminars last?

Typically about 60 minutes, but may vary slightly if people have a lot of questions they want to ask.

What would I get from going to a seminar?

You’ll get reliable, easy-to-understand information and practical advice about weight loss, weight management, nutrition and becoming fitter. Many people have found our seminars useful towards helping them in achieving their weight loss and fitness goals.

Can I just turn up for the seminar?
